Stay CALM at the face of ADVERSITIES

Friends! Whenever we lose a loved one, we become sad, restless and start wailing. But have we ever pondered over it seriously? How far this hysteria helps us? Is it going to bring back the one who has been summoned by the Ultimate Himself? No! Here we must try and understand that whoever has taken birth shall die someday.
It is said that the creator of this universe, Lord Brahma, himself gets dissolved in Lord Vishnu, because even He emerged from the navel of Lord Vishnu. Then, how can we expect human beings to be immortal? Its a universal truth that whatever or whoever comes into being, is bound to perish someday or other. Nothing and no one is perpetual and everlasting. Even we are going to die one day. Hence, whatever days are left in our lives must be lived with wisdom, patience, praying and meditating. We must not add days to life rather we should add life to days.
We start worrying once we fall ill. We fail to understand that wailing and despairing can never rescue us from adversity and affliction. Our physical body brings along diseases with itself, and it has only a stipulated life and we are bound to suffer the consequences of our, this birth’s & previous births’ karmas.
