The Easiest Yoga for MIND Control

This is an excellent yogic exercise for controlling the mind and recalling
the memory. Go in a crowded gathering or some noisy place where a variety
of sounds can be heard. From these sounds, close your eyes and hone in, on
any one sound and concentrate on it. Examples are the tick-tick sound of a
running cart. Now try to recognize its distance, speed, rotating wheels
etc. Try to neglect all other sounds and concentrate totally on the chosen
sound. In a similar way, listen to a recorded audio or a conversation in a
noisy place. Listen to some long sentences and write them. With the help of
such exercises that engage our sense of hearing, we can improve our memory.
